• Laundry: collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, delivering (1 load= filled 1.5 bushel basket)
• Meal preparation: assembling, cooking, serving breakfast (7a-10:30a); lunch (11:30a-2:30p); dinner​ (4:30p-7:30p)
• Medication management: collaboration with physician and pharmacy; arranging medication delivery; consulting with on-call nurse as needed; administering medications; maintaining medication log and related documents
• Healthcare coordination: scheduling; transporting; accompanying to primary care and specialist appointments; maintaining health records; assistance to comply with doctors' orders
• Activities: scheduled and unscheduled options for individual and group recreational experiences; access to games, materials, and supplies for independent leisure activities
• Outings: transportation, entry, and supervision to various places in the community, chosen from resident-suggestions and feedback during planning sessions
• Bi-weekly planning session: consultation to discuss continuation of lease, needs, preferences, and overall satisfaction with household dynamics
